Website QuicklyEffective August 28, 2026Current approved version

Before Work Begins — 100% Refund

If Website Quickly has not begun work on the project, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund of the Website Quickly service payment, subject to the third-party and pass-through cost rules below.

After Work Begins — 40% Refund / 60% Cancellation Fee

Once Website Quickly begins work on the project, the customer is eligible for a 40% refund of the Website Quickly service payment. A 60% cancellation fee applies.

After the First Customer-Facing Design or Delivery — 0% Refund

Once Website Quickly provides the first customer-facing design, concept, revision, website preview, or initial delivery for review, the Website Quickly service payment becomes non-refundable.

This protects Website Quickly’s creative work, design concepts, and production value after they have been provided to the customer.

Revisions and Final Delivery

After the first customer-facing design or delivery has been provided, including during additional revisions and after final delivery, Website Quickly service payments remain non-refundable.

Applicable workmanship correction obligations remain separate from refund eligibility.

Rush Fees

Rush fees are non-refundable once purchased or once rush production begins, as applicable. Rush delivery remains subject to availability and complete customer materials.

Third-Party and Pass-Through Costs

Customer-approved domain registrations, premium services, software, advertising spend, processor fees, and other third-party or pass-through purchases are governed by the applicable provider’s refund terms and are not automatically included in Website Quickly’s refund promise.

Preview Access After Cancellation

Website Quickly may disable or remove temporary or live preview access after cancellation. A preview is provided for review and does not create a continuing right to access Website Quickly’s working preview after cancellation.

How to Request Cancellation

Contact Website Quickly through the customer account, project communication channel, or Contact page and clearly identify the order or project you want to cancel.

Refund eligibility is determined by the project milestone reached when the cancellation request is received and processed.
