Services and Scope

Website Quickly provides packaged and custom website, e-commerce, digital, branding, hosting, care, marketing, and related services. The exact scope is determined by the package, add-ons, quote, proposal, order, and approved project plan.

The $69 Website, Business Website, E-Commerce Website, and Custom Website have different included page, functionality, product, policy, revision, and turnaround allowances. Current package details shown at purchase control the order.

Turnaround and Customer Materials

Advertised turnaround begins only after Website Quickly has received all required information, content, assets, approved account-access coordination, product data, and other requested materials needed to complete the service.

Website Quickly may begin intake review and preliminary work before the advertised turnaround clock begins. Rush delivery is subject to availability and complete customer materials.

Revisions and Scope Changes

A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable changes within the approved project scope.

New pages, materially new functionality, redesign requests, expanded integrations, or other work outside the purchased scope may require an add-on or new quote.

Corrections to Website Quickly workmanship errors are not treated as customer-requested revision work.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, appropriate permissions for materials you supply, and timely access or approvals needed to complete the project.

Website Quickly does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Technical tax, shipping, payment, policy, or compliance configuration is based on customer requirements and available platform capabilities.

Domains, Hosting, and Third-Party Services

Domain registration, renewal, premium services, advertising spend, software, payment-processor fees, and similar third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.

Website Quickly hosting may be available as an optional recurring service. Standard website customers are not required to remain hosted with Website Quickly after purchase.

Third-party tools, platforms, services, and licenses remain subject to their own terms, availability, limits, pricing, and transfer rules.

Ownership and Licenses

After payment, the customer owns the completed website, customer business content, customer-provided assets, and customer domain, subject to third-party licenses and the terms below.

Website Quickly does not transfer its own license keys or licenses that are not legally transferable. Certain premium functionality may require the customer to purchase a replacement license after leaving Website Quickly.

Website Quickly-developed proprietary reusable functionality, systems, frameworks, or internal tools may remain Website Quickly property while the delivered customer website, content, and design remain the customer’s.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Orders, add-ons, recurring services, third-party costs, rush fees, and refunds are governed by the applicable purchase terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A customer-approved third-party purchase is subject to the provider’s refund rules and is not automatically covered by Website Quickly’s service refund policy.

Delivery and Correction Period

Website Quickly-managed websites receive a 30-day workmanship correction period after delivery. Websites delivered or transferred to a third-party host/provider receive a 7-day workmanship correction period.

The correction period covers Website Quickly workmanship corrections, not new requests, customer changes, third-party changes, or new functionality.

Acceptable Use and Cooperation

You may not use Website Quickly services to request unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content or functionality. Website Quickly may refuse or stop work that cannot reasonably or lawfully be provided.

Delays caused by missing materials, customer approvals, inaccessible third-party systems, or changes outside Website Quickly’s control may affect delivery timing.

Standard Policy Content

When policy pages are included in a website package, Website Quickly may provide standard policy content and configuration based on customer information. That content is not legal advice, and the customer remains responsible for determining whether the language is appropriate for the customer’s business and legal requirements.
